Ave Maria was built as a planned town, so the housing stock is unusually uniform and most of it is recent. That means builder-grade hardware, often the same handful of models street after street, and very little of the worn or corroded work I see on the coast. It also means builder keys: a lot of owners never rekeyed after handover and do not know how many copies exist.
