Locksmith in Bonita Springs, FL
Bonita Springs is the closest town to me outside Naples, about nine miles up the coast, so it is the one I reach fastest after a Naples call.
Where I go in Bonita Springs
I cover Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Spanish Wells and the older streets back off Bonita Beach Road.
The drive
Straight up US 41, or I-75 if the trail is backed up. It is the shortest of my out-of-town runs and I treat it almost like a Naples call.
Gate fobs and guard houses
Most of the work here is inside gated golf communities, which changes the job before I touch the lock. The guard has to let me in, the HOA often sets which hardware is allowed on an exterior door, and half the calls turn out to be a dead gate fob rather than a lock at all. Nearer the beach the housing is older and the salt gets into exterior hardware, so a key that has started to bind is usually the lock, not the key.
What Bonita calls me for
A fairly even split between car keys and house lockouts. It is a commuter stretch, so a good share of it is somebody standing in a parking lot along 41 with the fob dead and the spare sitting in Naples.
Season
Bonita empties out over the summer and fills again from October, so I get a run of calls each autumn from people opening a house that has been shut since spring.
